We operate on a 100% no refund policy, however you are able to change the date you wish to attend ensuring the value of the ticket is the same. Cancellations/changes will be charged at 100% if less than 24 hours’ notice is given. Any changes to your booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance in order to ensure you can transfer to another date. A credit note minus a 3.5% processing fee will be issued valid for six months from the date of request.

Yes for most movies. For some movies, only one menu will be offered – this will be explicitly stated under the movie description. Both a standard menu which includes meat, fish and dairy and a vegetarian menu will be offered to guests. If you have any allergies, please mention during checkout.

Yes we can accommodate children strictly over the age of 6. Any children below that age will be refused entry to the screening. All movies that are suitable for kids will have a kids menu option available during checkout. Kids menus are only available for children aged between 6 and 12. Children over the age of 12 need to purchase a standard option menu.

We are open to suggestions for new movies. Please contact us with your movie suggestions.

Yes, you can add your details to the waiting list for the sold-out event you would like to attend and we will contact you in the event of extra tickets becoming available. Please contact us to be placed on the waiting list for the event you wish to attend.

Yes, photographers are present at every event. By attending any Movie Eats event, you consent to having photos and videos of you taken unless you let us know in advance that you do not wish to be recorded. We will always do our best to ensure that your Movie Eats experience is as comfortable as possible.

Absolutely! Whether a private corporate event or your child’s birthday party, we absolutely can hold a private event as long as the schedule doesn’t clash with another Movie Eats event.
