Cancellation Policy
We operate on a 100% no refund policy. Cancellations/changes will be charged at 100% if less than 48 hours’ notice is given. Any changes to your booking must be made at least 72 hours in advance in order to ensure you are eligible for a credit note. A credit note minus a 4% processing fee will be issued valid for six months from the date of request.
Kids Policy
We can accommodate children strictly over the age of 6. Any children below that age will be refused entry to the screening. All movies that are suitable for kids will have a kids menu option available during checkout. Kids menus are strictly only available for children aged between 6 and 12. Children over the age of 12 need to purchase a standard option menu. Any children over the age of 12 or any adults who purchase a kids menu option will be required to purchase a full price ticket on the day.
