Movie Eats brings movies to life on your plate. We create immersive dining experiences where each dish is inspired by the film being screened, crafted to match the story, characters, and setting. What is your refund and cancellation policy?
We operate on a 100% no refund policy. Cancellations/changes will be charged at 100% if less than 48 hours’ notice is given. Any changes to your booking must be made at least 72 hours in advance in order to ensure you are eligible for a credit note. A credit note minus a 4% processing fee will be issued valid for six months from the date of request.
Whats the difference between standard seats and front row seats?
The front row seats are low dining tables, which are placed at the front of the restaurant giving an optimum view of the screen at just AED 30 extra. The standard seating is placed just behind the front row seating; these tables are high bar tables and chairs. Screen views are still optimum with this experience.
Can you accommodate people with certain dietary requirements?
Yes for most movies. For some movies, only one menu will be offered – this will be explicitly stated under the movie description. Both a standard menu which includes meat, fish and dairy and a vegetarian menu will be offered to guests. If you have any allergies, please mention during checkout.
Can you accomodate kids?
Yes we can accommodate children strictly over the age of 6. Any children below that age will be refused entry to the screening. All movies that are suitable for kids will have a kids menu option available during checkout. Kids menus are only available for children aged between 6 and 12. Children over the age of 12 need to purchase a standard option menu.
Can you accommodate certain movie requests?
We are open to suggestions for new movies. Please contact us with your movie suggestions.
Is there a waiting list?
Yes, you can add your details to the waiting list for the sold-out event you would like to attend and we will contact you in the event of extra tickets becoming available. Please contact us to be placed on the waiting list for the event you wish to attend.
Do you offer collaborations?
Yes we do. If they work for us and we feel they are the right fit. Please get in touch using the contact page.
Where are you based?
Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We work with partner restaurants to carefully curate menus to suit your taste buds. Please stay up to date with our Instagram page and website for updated information regarding venues. We are also always looking to expand and collaborate with other venues. If you would like to have us host an event at your venue, please get in touch using the contact form on the website.
Are your venues wheelchair accessible?
This depends on the venue. Please get in contact with us, and we will do our absolute best to accommodate you.
Will there be photographers at the event?
Yes, photographers are present at every event. By attending any Movie Eats event, you consent to having photos and videos of you taken unless you let us know in advance that you do not wish to be recorded. We will always do our best to ensure that your Movie Eats experience is as comfortable as possible.

Do you host private events?
Absolutely! Whether a private corporate event or your child’s birthday party, we absolutely can host your private event as long as the schedule doesn’t clash with another Movie Eats event. Please contact us through the contact form and we’ll get back to you within 2 business days.
Do you serve halal meat?
Yes, all of the meat served is 100% halal. We also operate from a 100% pork free restaurant.
Do you serve alcohol?
All Movie Eats menus are 100% alcohol free and all drinks offered on the menu are mocktails/non-alcoholic. However, you are able to order alcoholic drinks directly at some of our venues on arrival. Please get in touch with us to find out which of our venues serve alcohol.
